The Sanctuary is built around one decision: the entire front is glass. A panoramic tempered glass panel plus a full glass door means a 1500 × 1200 mm cabin reads as part of the room it sits in, not as a wooden box in the corner of it.

Before you buy — safety

Heat and cold immersion are not suitable for everyone. Do not use if you have a cardiac condition, uncontrolled blood pressure, a seizure history, a respiratory condition, or are pregnant. Check with your doctor first if you take beta blockers, diuretics or other blood pressure medication. Never use after drinking alcohol. Never leave children unsupervised near a plunge — all Core Wellness plunges ship with a child-locking insulated lid.

Inside, Canadian spliced red cedar and a fixed contoured backrest set at an adjustable height, so the bench supports your back instead of pressing a slat into it. Two LED ceiling lights handle visibility; a separate multi-colour LED system handles atmosphere, controlled from a timber-faced panel rather than a plastic touchpad that yellows in the heat.

The adjustable vent matters more than it sounds. Traditional saunas run hot and dry, and being able to open airflow mid-session — rather than opening the door and dumping the heat — is the difference between a 12-minute session and a 25-minute one.

Factory-direct, not drop-shipped. Cabins and plunges come from a 25,000 m² manufacturer with 260 staff and seven dedicated production lines. We buy the container, so you get the factory price without the factory lead time.

Supplied without a heater

This cabin is supplied without a heater. A licensed Core Energy electrician supplies and fits an Australian-approved heater and issues a Certificate of Compliance for the circuit. The heater and installation are quoted separately — ask us for a quote with your postcode and a photo of your switchboard.

Who installs it

Core Wellness sits inside Core Solutions / Core Energy, a licensed electrical contracting business. Your heater is hard-wired by a licensed electrician who issues a Certificate of Compliance for the circuit. We are the people who install it, not an overseas seller with an email address.

What the research says

Evidence rating: strong (observational). Regular dry sauna use is associated with cardiovascular benefits in long-term Finnish population studies. These are observational cohorts, so association isn't causation — but the relationship is consistent and the effect sizes are large. We leave out claims we cannot support.

Warranty and returns

Covered by a 12-month factory warranty. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law apply in addition to this and are not limited by it. Parts and service are handled locally by Core Energy.
