Core Sanctuary + Core Glacier

Core Sanctuary 3 Person Indoor Sauna and a Core Glacier thermo pine ice bath, bought together.

One sauna, one plunge, one price. Heat then cold, the way the protocol is actually run — and $1,500 less than buying the two separately.

Before you buy — safety

Heat and cold immersion are not suitable for everyone. Do not use if you have a cardiac condition, uncontrolled blood pressure, a seizure history, a respiratory condition, or are pregnant. Check with your doctor first if you take beta blockers, diuretics or other blood pressure medication. Never use after drinking alcohol. Never leave children unsupervised near a plunge — all Core Wellness plunges ship with a child-locking insulated lid.

What you receive

Both units ship together. The sauna is supplied without a heater; a licensed Core Energy electrician fits an Australian-approved heater and issues a Certificate of Compliance for the circuit. The plunge connects to a Core Chiller, sold separately. Every Core Wellness sauna is built in Canadian spliced red cedar on a timber base — there are no timber or base options to choose between.

In this bundle

• Core Sanctuary 3 Person Indoor Sauna — Canadian spliced red cedar, supplied without a heater
• Core Glacier thermo pine ice bath — 316 stainless liner, child-locking insulated lid
• Core Ritual starter pack, free with the sauna

Who installs it

Core Wellness sits inside Core Solutions / Core Energy, a licensed electrical contracting business. Your heater is hard-wired by a licensed electrician who issues a Certificate of Compliance for the circuit. We are the people who install it, not an overseas seller with an email address.

What the research says — heat

Evidence rating: strong (observational). Regular dry sauna use is associated with cardiovascular benefits in long-term Finnish population studies. These are observational cohorts, so association isn't causation — but the relationship is consistent and the effect sizes are large. We leave out claims we cannot support.

What the research says — cold

Evidence rating: plausible. Cold water immersion is widely used in athletic recovery and is associated with reduced perceived muscle soreness after training. Evidence on strength and hypertrophy adaptation is mixed, and some trials suggest immersion immediately after resistance training may blunt adaptation — so timing matters.

Warranty and returns

Covered by a 12-month factory warranty. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law apply in addition to this and are not limited by it. Parts and service are handled locally by Core Energy.
